YS was founded in Sept 2010,which are principally engaging research, development and manufacture of motorcycle helmets in GuangDong China.

       With company development,now we have our lab with the testing machines for  ECE/DOT/NBR/JIS/SINGAPORE standards from Italy same as TUV/IDIADA/NEWTON lab.Which help us not only to control the quality in house and also test all the standards in the world base on customers requirements.

        *Strong R&D team provide us big support for  better development of the new helmets and the production ,most of people of R&D team with many years helmet experience factory in China,we have our own prototype maker,3D designer,liner designer in house to help customer make OEM or ODM products.PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE:Hand-made prototype-scan the prototype to make the 3D file-improved and completed by the 3D designer-develop the shell mould.

        *EPS mould:use ECE or DOT headform to confirm the EPS inner size and fit the outter shell by 3D-design the comfort liner--homologation-trial production to double check the possible existing problems and fix them

Production team,team manager has more than 15 years production experience,with four years training,the assembling worker became skillful to assemble the helmetswe have our own injection machines for the shell and sewing machine for the comfort liner.

        *Financial team,professional team to calculate the cost of the helmet which help customer to buy the helmet with high value and good quality helmets

Foreign trade team,who has enough knowledge in helmets industry and export experience.

PMC(purchase material control) team,provide big support for production.
